Pros:
It’s got character with tin ceilings and picture frame molding throughout.
Cons:
This building is falling apart and the landlord does nothing about it. They rarely ever clean the common area not to mention it’s been almost 10 years since they repainted anything in this building.
Advice to owner:
Start caring about the over wellbeing of the building and the tenants as opposed to hiking up the rent all the time
