Horrible Bug Problem / Bones of Building Compromised
Former Tenant
Pros:
Low price for good space.
Cons:
The entire infrastructure of the building is compromised. Horrible roach problem and general pests. No matter how clean you keep your apartment, you’ll aways have a bug problem. The recent hurricane completely flooded the hallways and I wouldn’t be surprised if mold starts growing.
Advice to owner:
Renovate the building.
