    Great Pre-War
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    - Amazing landlord
    - Very sweet quiet neighbors
    - Nice neighborhood close to the L train
    - Large apartments
    Cons:
    - Water pressure is a little iffy but it’s an old building so we manage
    - Heat is either really hot or really cold, also something I don’t mind too much.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep being great!
