    Nice building with high rent
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Renovated apartment that is a bit too expensive for the space. But, landlord is responsive to problems.
    Cons:
    Too expensive for size and stupid glass front door. Got my bike stolen because tenants will just let anyone in that buzzes.
    Advice to owner:
    Lower rent and change the front door
