    pretty decent for nyc

    Pros:
    work orders get filled quickly, big management company so they know how apartments work, had an exterminator every month, garbage always taken out
    Cons:
    apartment below me flooded a lot from my shower, seemed like there was a problem, but didn't affect me too much
    Advice to owner:
    3 bedrooms are really 2 bedrooms
