    Pros:
    At least my apartment is still rent stabilize.
    Cons:
    This building needs many major repairs. The side of the building has an opening that can clearly be seen. There pests alright, dead waterbugs in the hallway, roaches and definitely mice. I can hear them walking between the walls. Not so long ago I had to cover holes because they were trying to get in. There mold in walls in various rooms in the apartment. Mold and meldew in the bathroom, sink is leaking etc, etc.....
    Advice to owner:
    The plumbing needs inspection and the hallways need cleaning. Not to mention the ceiling in the thrid floor hallway needs repair, it looks like it's gonna come down any second now. Ohhhh and if you could show up to let National Grid inspect the meters would be great, don't want me gas line to be turn off.
