    Central ac, secure lock, laundry room
    Cons:
    Property manager and super does not respond back when there’s an issue. Very irresponsible

    Hire better employees

    very spacious, great rooftop, fair price, exposed brick, nice neighborhood
    Cons:
    uneven floors, mailboxes in disarray, usps can’t get into building without a key, unorganized trash area, lots of dog poop on the sidewalk
    Advice to owner:
    give usps a key
