    Decent place to live

    Pros:
    Rooftop access is nice to have. Located close to transportation and tons of shops/grocery stores
    Cons:
    Management isn’t always the easiest to work with. Lots of turnover in the office so you don’t have anyone you can consistently work with. Basement floods frequently and laundry machines aren’t always kept in good working order

    Cockroaches
    Management company tried to hold my deposit even though I always paid rent
    Took over 3 months to have deposit returned
    Advice to owner:
    Be better please
