Dealt with a very shady broker for a unit on the first floor. Almost signed til I saw they lied about the rent price, wouldn’t let me speak to the owner, AND they disclosed in the lease that there was a history of bed bugs in the unit in the last year. So when I saw that this showed nothing about that, I wanted to make sure people are aware.
Also it was dirty even though it had been vacant for a while. Why wouldn’t they clean a unit that had a bedbug infestation? And they kept saying it would be for cleaned by the time we move in. Why had that not been taken care of before you started showing the unit?

Make yourself available to potential tenants
