    Proximity to subway, restaurants, etc
    Cons:
    Ceiling fell in multiple times, delayed response and repairs, loud disrespectful neighbors, restaurant peeled shrimp in hallways, no trash management

    Advice to owner:
    Don't continue to raise the rent if you're not going to pay to upkeep the units or building.
