    Pros:
    Absolutely Nothing. The worst of the worst.
    Cons:
    Fake reviews, liars, broken everything, fix nothing, dirty, rat and roach infested, no respect for tenants, slumlords, owed a lot of money, Zero accountability, Code violators, locks means of egress. Tried to evict during Covid even if paid. Threaten you with baseball bat if you complain.
    Advice to owner:
    Fire push pin!
