    Nice new building but inconsistent management
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    New amenities, safe, clean lobbies/ building front, quiet and nice area
    Cons:
    Owners are very unresponsive, issues with plumbing in entire building, harassment from management to access units ( for never-ending repairs and construction), refusal to compensate for displacement from building, terrible superindent.
    New building but it is falling apart.
    Advice to owner:
    Be reasonable and more responsive to tenants.
    Fix all major issues prior to renting the apartments
