Clean Place, Unresponsible landlord

Pros

Clean place, no pests, updated kitchen and fixtures. Super responds quickly and efficiently easy to pay rent. Vibe just depends on tenants.

Cons

Landlord does not deal with issues, kicked everyone out based off one roommate not paying rent although they were warned about the roommate before and did nothing. Will not get security deposit back

Advice to the owners

Please be more aware of issues within the house.

Great building during my 2 years there

Pros

- central AC/heat - you can pay rent online - you can submit service issues online

Cons

- had a mice issue in my 2 years there but it was resolved - took some follow ups to get our deposit back
