    Nice building with small drawbacks
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Responsive super, good light, good tenants, and amenities. Overall it was a good place to live
    Cons:
    There was a very loud band practice every Sunday, and cleaning of entrance & staircases could be more frequent
