    The building is maintained mainly because of my husband who is also a renter
    Cons:
    The building is maintained mainly because of my husband who is also a renter and he gets no appreciation from the landlord for doing it and that includes no discount off the rent
    Advice to owner:
    Come check in with your tenants to see if anything needs to be done
