    Not a bad place to live!

    Pros:
    Very safe, quiet place and very clean space overall!
    Cons:
    Not the best location but decently calm

    Pros:
    Lived in ground unit. Central AC worked all year round. Quick and responsive building management. Got things done within 24 hours if there was a problem.
    Cons:
    Rat entered my apartment via basement laundry room. Shower did not ever drain properly. Lots of noise from neighbors upstairs.
    Advice to owner:
    Advise neighbors to be more mindful of their noise.
