    i dont know if you can rent this normally but its nice

    Pros:
    its a super nice apartment in a good location with an excellent bodega and a great bedroom in the front. its also near the non annoying park, and away from all the losers in Bushwick
    Cons:
    losers in Bushwick, and some of them live around that area
    Advice to owner:
    thanks, please make this place cheaper so I can live there again :)
