    Cute apartment, difficult landlords

    Pros:
    Amazing natural light all day, great windows, sweet location
    Cons:
    No safe place for packages to be dropped off.
    Landlords live out of the city and it is difficult to get things fixed quickly.
    The corner has a stoplight so the traffic noise is quite loud.
