    Pros:
    Heat and AC unit. Free laundry and a free parking spot
    Cons:
    My lease was up March 1st and I moved half my stuff out on February 15, on or about February 25 they decided to take it upon themselves to throw out the rest of my belongings. Without a text call or email.
    Advice to owner:
    Have WAY better communication
