    This place meeds to be renovated completely

    Pros:
    Access to J Train, B20/B24/B60 buses. Nearby laudromat, supermarket, drug store and restaurants.
    Cons:
    The building itself has leaks in the roof hallway area, when it rains. The 2nd floor steps feel as if they need to be replaced. The walls are infested with roaches and rodents. In addition, the apartments are huge dust magnets it almost makes the walls look like fur coats.
    Advice to owner:
    The property needs to have constant monthly fumigations and pest control. The water pressure and electricity needs a complete overhaul. Those stairs need repairing badly. Please ensure that the heat especially during the winter, when your uncle decides to take some of the rent money to use to fly out to Haiti. If you are going to take rent from people make sure you don't send people who will STEAL FROM YOU BEFORE YOU GET YOUR MONEY. (Family included)
