    Decent apartments, but terrible management company
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Rent is cheap and the building is kept pest free.
    Cons:
    Management company is terrible. When I moved out they tried to keep my security deposit until they found someone else to take the room. Had to point out that that’s illegal.
