    Great building horrible freestone property managers

    Pros:
    It was a great building , all the tenants knew each other. It was great. We mostly bonded on our hatred fro Freestone property and now we are all moving out.
    Cons:
    Freestone property are predatory and scammers. If you don't have time to get a lawyer avoid their properties.
    Advice to owner:
    Freestone harassed me out of my unit (after being a tenant for 4 years ) and still are holding my security deposit without explanation.

    Bad coliving

    Pros:
    Renovated with nice appliances
    Cons:
    Currently run by Venn, a coliving. They ignore problems they are not willing to take care of, such as mold, heat problems, etc.
    You can hear mice in the wall once in a while.
    Advice to owner:
    Focus on making the home inhabitable rather than doing events.
    Without a safe and nice home, those are pointless.
