Huge problem with mail (they don’t give you a mailbox key)
Landlord’s sister collects and hoards mail
Landlord lives in NJ
Landlord is fickle, hot and cold mentality
Major cold water and water pressure issue
No immediate access to fire escape
Nothing is within code standards
No lease means verbal agreements can be “forgotten”
Problem with receiving deposit upon moving out
Horrible COVID-19 understanding
