    One of the best apartments I’ll ever have

    Pros:
    All new features and common areas were maintained regularly, great sunlight, privacy and good location
    Cons:
    Some minor issues at move in time that had to be fixed, but other than that no issues
    Advice to owner:
    Use better materials for the kitchen cabinets — they chipped very easily
