Convenient location and great super
Cons:
Management is awful and the owners will take as much money from you as they can. I was charged a ridiculous brokers fee and they were not responsive when I had issues with the apartment. The building is not up to code and everything is expired. I had a terrible time trying to get my brokers fee back.

Stay Away From This Building

Pros:
The price was better than average upon move-in date. Since then, the landlord has raised it and no longer includes utilities.
Cons:
Splintery floors, severe mouse problem. The landlord made multiple unannounced visits, was disrespectful to female tenants, and attempted to keep deposit without reason. Backyard access was promised, but not provided (metal bar installation prevents access).
Advice to owner:
Renovate and upkeep property.
