    Very quiet street - kind and considerate neighbors
    Cons:
    Rats! Everywhere!

    You need to pester the landlord to get anything done. Like borderline harass him

    The amout of space is pretty nice
    Cons:
    Everything else because one room has terrible heating there is a pest problem
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the pest and water leak problems
