    Great location, a bit of a mice problem

    Pros:
    Close to Wilson L stop, lots of shops nearby, close to a park. A/C and heat work well and kitchen appliances are updated.
    Cons:
    Bathroom was in need of repair, mice problem
    Advice to owner:
    Basement with laundry could use maintenance

    Was always clean, landlord was always super responsive and maintenance was super nice!
