    Recently renovated but problematic
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Lots of light, close to train, surface level renovation are nice
    Cons:
    Renovations were done cheap and are falling apart. Landlord is on somewhat of a short fuse, can be unresponsive for extended periods of time, has a history of gentrifying via eviction and is otherwise uninvolved until things go bad.
    Advice to owner:
    Valium, more upkeep, hire a super
