    Pros:
    Location, space, neighbors
    Cons:
    Landlord is responsive most often but does really poor fixes and doesn't last long. Had a mold problem, he just slapped some cock on it and it came back
    Advice to owner:
    Better repairs PLEASE

    Has all the amenities at good cost
    Cons:
    Thin walls are pretty thin, so you’ll hear the neighbor if they sneeze. The building is a bit old and needs some maintenance at the front
