    Pros:
    The halls remain clean and the landlord takes care of the garbage outside.
    Cons:
    This building is a cesspool of infestations. It has rats, mice, roaches, mold and bedbugs. The landlord denies all these issues. Also, the building itself is a fire hazard. Not to mention, there is no heat in the winter and the wiring of the building is outdated. Any little thing will shut the whole power off.
    Advice to owner:
    Please take care of the pest, mold and rodent issues for the health of the tenants and overall maintenance of the building.
