Pros:
- Unit is relatively big: 4 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / large-ish common area
- Rent is cheap considering the size of the apartment
- Easy parking around the neighborhood
Cons:
The building is located in a very noisy neighborhood, it is dirty, it suffers from a lot of mold and leaking. The windows are installed wrong and are spaced weirdly with the walls so water seeps in during thunderstorms. The neighbors are a terror.
Advice to owner:
Put more time and energy in the safety and the wellbeing of your tenants.
