It looks wonderful on the outside and is next to a small park.
Cons:
There’s mold in our apartment. We have a serious bug/rodent issue. The landlord often doesn’t reply to serious concerns and allows roommates to break the lease, but they’re happy to get mad at you! The apartment building has been broken into. Strangers sleep in the basement. Packages REGULARLY get sent back and never can be delivered it seems.
Advice to owner:
Clean your apartment. Get rid of the mold and leaks. change the door code.

Pros:
the bathtub is huge can easily fit 2 people. exposed brick is nice. close to the L and J. there wasn’t ever any bugs. the roof is cool.
Cons:
the management company never responds. i would have to email or call them multiple times to get them to answer question. there’s water damage from a rainstorm that i reported and nothing was done. the place is really small, i had to choose between having a living room or a kitchen table. there is nothing in the area, no shops restaurants coffee etc. my roommate got hate crime and threatened.
Advice to owner:
answer and respond faster to your tenets.
