    Horrible building , the landlord didnt care about the people on the building.

    Pros:
    Nothing its all bad
    Cons:
    Bad building all around landlord doesn’t care, he turned off the hot water just so people would want to move out. Every apartment is infested with rats & roaches. The downstairs lady calls the cops on people for no reason.
    Advice to owner:
    Pleas clean up your building and do better
