Cons:
- Grossly inadequate heating, did not use 1 bedroom at all because it felt like I was outside in the wintertime - you pay for all utilities but Con Edison is forced to guess your bill because of lack of access to read the meter in the basement. We overpaid. - Pest control needed - Slow response from management - Neighbors play loud music, just close your windows Bonus: Neighbors hold street parking spots- - selfish - they charged us to clean after we moved out even though we swept and moped before leaving.
Advice to owner:
Investing in proper wall insulation, seal your windows and improve your heating system. Improve least control.
