When calling for repairs receptions always suggest that you try fixing it yourself first before sending someone one that is training to fix issues.
Two winters serious heating issues multiple calls to management and 311.
Advice to owner:
Provide exterminator serious increase in mice presences holes in wall made by mice that need fixing Apartments started seeing a lot of mice Heating problems every winter. Apartment fixing take to long Management doesn’t notify ahead of time to confirm for repairs Receptions at management office always suggesting that you fix repairs yourself first before sending someone who is trained
