    Really loud block
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    access to backyard, everything close by
    Cons:
    extremely loud block. metal workers across the street, and construction behind the building. one of the worst rentals regarding noise levels i have ever lived in. very industrial block, only 2 homes on that block,
    Advice to owner:
    sell it.
