Couple drug dealer in the area. All I say is observe your surrounding and your neighbor are very noisy. Actually saw the owner pay some people to get one of tenant out after the tenant told him he lost his job when he was renting the basement when I believe is illegal.
Advice to owner:
Learn to be humble. It’s sad to say that the individual still doesn’t fix thing but always wants his rent on time, learn to stop threatening your tenant,it’s very sad that this individual is a real estate agent and carry himself in that matter. I will pray one day u will change
