Used to live here for a while.
Pros
Like the neighbors, they welcomed me very nice.
Cons
I didn’t like how the landlord never really fixed the hallway stairs. i had an accident falling down those stairs and the landlord’s wife had the odacity to say to me it’s because i ran down the stairs or didn’t see where i was stepping. She lucky enough i was moving out in a couple of days. I wouldn’t be surprised if the stairs aren’t fixed or the handle either.
Advice to the owners
Please make your residents safe living there. i know there are kids living in there as well, Safety is always first.
