My wife and I booked this full basement for the whole summer 2022 internship (3 months) and ended up moving out after 1 month and paying some penalties. The host put a lot of effort into this place's cleanliness and amenities (washer and dryer). However, this place is not recommended. This place cannot pass NYC building regulations because there is a beam lower than 5’10’’ through the center of the basement, and I hit my head several times. There are two portable ACs that do not ventilate well, we have significant problems sleeping at night. Out-of-towners also please search East New York safety before booking.
