    Pros:
    The rooms is a nice size for NY apartments
    Cons:
    Poorly maintained,water bug infestation,rodent infestation,the windows is poorly constructed,and the heating system need to be updated
    Advice to owner:
    Maintain your property better,bring in an exterminator on a more consistent basis,be more professional with your tenants,and fix up the entryway so it will be more desirable to potential renters
