    One of the worst rentals in NYC.

    Pros:
    access to a backyard and the bodega down the block.
    Cons:
    -missing smoke detectors in bedrooms
    -mold under sink
    -bathroom sink vanity was broken
    -air vents were clogged
    -broken doors
    -kitchen ceiling was cracked
    -it smelled so terrible in there. previous tenants had pets that urinated on the hardwood floor. landlord refused to clean it up.
    -neighbors blasted music till 5am on weekends and holidays
    -landlord was extremely dismissive, rude, and refused to do any repairs.
    Advice to owner:
    do your job.

    Cons:
    The space was filthy when landlord committed to cleaning prior to move in. There was an intense cat urine smell and mold.
