Wouldn’t recommend if you like to stay warm in the winter

Pros:
Private patio area
Cons:
Landlord did not attend to all repairs. Had a chandelier that was hanging on by literally a thread and almost killed my brother if he was in the living room during that time. Doesn’t provide enough heat during the winter, might as well buy your own portable radiator and hide it from him.
Advice to owner:
If you wonder why tenants never last here maybe you should care more about the environment you have them staying in.
