    Pros:
    Cheap, small, old smell of past tenants stay in
    Cons:
    Loud, cockroaches, bedbug, ghetto, shootings. Owner has a sexual assault charge in his name, and he lives in the basement...
    Advice to owner:
    No salvation, these buildings can't be saved
