    A roof over your head
    Cons:
    Noisy street, rats and roaches .no parking, building smells

    Do-able and quiet inside but not for too long

    For the most part everyone in the building is pretty quiet and stay to themselves
    Cons:
    You don’t control the heat and the neighbors can be a lot to deal with once it gets nice outside. They make a ton of noise late at night
