Avoid Eli / SC Management at all costs

Pros

The building is in a great location close to Central Park / express trains and the street is nice and quiet.

Cons

Eli / SC Management is the worst landlord in all of Manhattan. The building is infested with mice and cockroaches which he doesn’t do anything about, he treats his staff and tenants terribly and runs the most disorganized operation I’ve ever seen. Probably one of the most despicable, misogynistic, humans I’ve ever had the misfortune of having to deal with.

Advice to the owners

Someone needs to fire Eli and get someone to run the company that actually has a lick of business sense / empathy towards tenants.
