Owner is not a pleasant person to work with.
Pros
Small and quiet. Tenants are pleasant.
Cons
Toilet bowl in apt #2 is the type you see in a public bathroom and it leaks. Building/apartments need upgrade especially for the amount of rent being charged. Two fare zone. Apartments #2 & #3 are small.
Advice to the owners
Tried being more pleasant to your tenants. Manage the heat properly. You need to upgrade the apartments for the amount of rent you charge. Cabinets, floors, bathrooms, etc. Also learn how to speak and be respectful to your tenants instead of yelling.
