    Love it, but has its drawbacks

    Pros:
    Stabilized- cheap- spacious- safe
    Cons:
    Moldy bathroom, leaks, outdated
    Advice to owner:
    Do more than just paint over reported mold issues, have better follow up on repairs, have better pest control services.
