It's pretty good
Pros
Some units have massive amount of outdoor space. There's a gym, small but functional. Rooftop deck, parking, central air and digital doorman. You have washer and dryers unit, so some money saved. Large supermarket downstairs.
Cons
The rent can run pretty high for the location. You are near a middle school, so you hear the kids outside during recess which, depending on what floor you're on, can be pretty annoying. Late night basketball games can get rather rowdy which, again based on what floor you're on, can cause irritation. The water pressure isn't as powerful as I would like it to be. People who don't live in the building can walk in and out sometimes if they can catch the door before it closes, so that kind of lessens the security especially in a not so safe area
Advice to the owners
A doorman would be nice. Even a part time one. I had delivery people be able to just come into the building and have free regin to the building. Maybe install a fab in the elevator and stairs for added measure
Building review Crown Heights
Pros
Clean, modern, quiet
Cons
Landlord is not friendly, neighbors are generally nice, but some not, far from a lot of things.
Advice to the owners
Get a doorman
