Management is shady and a farce, always hard to reach when needed. Pushed back the signing of new lease until it was too late for us to work anything out and forced everyone to move out, illegally demanded that everyone move out suddenly without the 30 day notice, tries to have new lease be for 14 months which in itself is not allowed, never sent out a lease renewal letter which legally should have been sent out at least 30 days before lease were to end, etc.
Advice to owner:
Stop being a property owner.
