    PLEASE DONT BOTHER!!!

    Pros:
    The only pro is the proximity to train station and level 1 trauma hospital.
    Cons:
    Where to start..false promises and assurances from both the owner and “realtor” up until the lease is signed. Owner/landlord has not updated ANYTHING. There are roaches and water bugs, there are ancient appliances that set off the smoke alarms when used. There are creaky boards above and below. Occasionally you’ll be barred out of main entrance due to family drama. Will not have access to Wi-Fi of your choosing. To top is off landlord will call you a nuisance for calling out things that need to be repaired.
